Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the contract was concluded, which is the day your first payment was confirmed.

The easiest way to withdraw is the button "Withdraw and get a refund" in your account, under Subscription. It works fully automatically: the refund is started at once, no further payments are taken and your removals stop. You do not need to send us anything.

You may also inform us, Nordic17, hello@nordic17.com, of your decision to withdraw by any other clear statement, for example an email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

You asked us to begin the service during the withdrawal period. Even so, you get your payment back in full: we do not charge for the days the service already ran.

When you withdraw, no further payments are taken and we send no new removal requests. Requests already sent to data brokers cannot be called back.
